modems have included individuals, family, and group counseling.
In addition, I present professional trainings and client

outdoor equine assisted therapy. You can reach me at 602-819-6787 to

Most people seek counseling because they recognize that they need some help in being able to face a certain challenge—or they find themselves stuck in a particular dilemma. The counseling process is designed to help individuals resolve their problems with some assistance. The process involves your active involvement as well as personal efforts to understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
In addition to symptom reduction, potential benefits of psychotherapy include the improved ability to identify problematic areas, evaluate reasonable options and take action in an honest manner. You may also learn important things about yourself, acquire helpful life management skills, and integrate past and present learning toward higher functioning.
As a licensed therapist, it is
my commitment to use varied types of therapy models. I do this for
the purpose of individualizing services to each client need. Types
of therapy models typically used are: solution focused brief
treatment, family systems approach, cognitive behavioral therapy,
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Equine Assisted Therapy, and Eye
Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Counselor accepts most major insurance company programs as well as many Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Self pay also accepted.
